By accessing or using CheckPoint's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including but not limited to administrators, employees, and any other individuals who access or use the platform.
CheckPoint provides cloud-based attendance management services including:
- Employee time tracking and attendance monitoring
- GPS-enabled location tracking for remote work verification
- Leave management and approval workflows
- Attendance reporting and analytics
- Administrative tools for workforce management
As a user of CheckPoint, you agree to:
Account Security
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.
Lawful Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Compliance
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding employee monitoring.
You may not use CheckPoint to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Free Plan
Our free plan includes basic features for small teams. No payment information required.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Price Changes
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Important: By using CheckPoint, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
CheckPoint provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data before permanent deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
